Flow-Thru Brush and Injector Nozzle
The BCE-300 parts cleaning brush features stiff durable bristles for extended life and vigorous cleaning action.
The flexible injector nozzle is used to flush the drum before removing it. Suppressing the dust before removal prevents exposure to hazardous brake dust even when considerable force is needed to free the drum.
Air Powered Industrial Pump
Requiring no electricity, the BCE-300 pump only needs 30 PSI of compressed air to operate. This allows the BCE-300 to be extremely versatile around the yard or in the field.
A supply line filter protects the pump from recirculating large particles.
Safety Regulator
An air regulator limits pressure reaching the pump to 32 PSI and eliminates the need to adjust or otherwise regulate main shop air pressure.
Splash Guard Pad
The splash pad prevents liquid from rebounding off the basin and large debris from entering the primary microfilter. This pad can be rinsed and reused almost indefinitely.
Vinyl Clad Metal Grill
Supporting up to 200 lbs., the grill protects the splash guard pad from damage. Easily removeable to replace the filter or clean solution.
Large Work Area
The work basin measures 20" x 16" and is large enough to catch the run-off liquid from trucks or cars of all sizes.
Large Casters
The BCE-300 has a large steel reinforced base and 4" casters make rolling across the shop flor a breeze. Two locking casters keep the brake washer steady when required.
Cover
The BCE-300 basin and cover are made from durable polyethylene that stands up to rough handling and won't dent, crack, or bend. The cover keeps components safe and the cleaning fluid from evaporating while not in use.
Primary Micro Filter
The 15 micron efficient cloth sock filter catches debris and extends the useful life of the cleaning solution. The Sealtite collar fits snuggly in the basin drain and prevents debris from circumventing the filter media.
Oil Magnet
A 3" x 18" oil sock absorbs and retains 1-1/2 liters of oil from the cleaning solution, and is reusable.
T-N-T Cleaner Concentrate
This is a non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable cleaner derived from all natural sources. 10oz of concentrate makes 3 gallons of potent cleaning solution.
Care Free Disposal System
In most parts of the world, waste water from the basin can be disposed of in the sanitary sewer. Filters can be disposed of as ordinary shop waste. Consult local authorities for information regarding disposal in your are.
