If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Warranty:

If you receive a defective product covered under warranty, Unique Truck will assist you by providing manufacturer contact information to facilitate a repair or replacement of the item as the manufacturer deems necessary.

Returns:

If within 30 calendar days from receiving your item you are unsatisfied for any reason other than a valid warranty claim, we will attempt to assist you with a product exchange, so you can find the right tool to do the job.

If the product cannot be exchanged and you opt to return the product, a restocking fee will be assessed. The restocking fee will depend on the condition of the goods at the time of the return.

All returns must be pre-authorized by calling us at (616) 531-8868. An RGA number will be assigned to valid return requests.

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Software, downloaded items, and intellectual property
  • Personalized / Engraved Products
  • Custom built or “spec’d” products
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with (including cut, drilled, bent, written on, etc)

Unauthorized returns or “chargebacks” are not permitted.

Refunds:

Once your item is received it will be inspected to verify it is a valid return and we will initiate a refund minus the restock fee.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
