Features and Benefits:
The 8-1/4" low height is perfect for aerodynamic trucks with low ground clearance. Special mounting adapter (No. 540231) fits popular Eaton® Fuller® RoadRanger® transmissions used on nearly all Class 7 and 8 heavy-duty trucks. Mounting plate angle is adjusted with the turn of a wrench. Degree of tilt: 20° back, 15° forward, 12° side to side. Swiveling pump handle permits ease of operation in restricted working spaces. Fast-acting pump quickly raises lifting arm.
Dump-Lok dump bed braces are an engineering breakthrough in the workplace. Dump-Lok dump bed braces safely hold dump boxes at angles higher than most manufacturer body props, giving workers safe access to more areas underneath the dump bed.
OSHA has issued citations to employers for failing to provide lockout procedures while employees were working under the dump body of dump trucks. They have recognized the hazard of unsecured dump beds and have recommended using an alternative "truck bed brace bracket".
Features and Benefits:
Easy, one handed operation. Built for durability and reliability. Includes: 40:1 series pump, pail cover, handle, high-pressure control valve, universal swivel, coupler, 7' connecting hose, and follower plate. Pail not included.
Features and Benefits:
Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF) is a Urea-based fluid specifically engineered for diesel engines as the reducing agent in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, which is a new vehicle technology platform for reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions through exhaust aftermarket.
DEF is comprised of 32.5% high-purity Urea diluted in distilled water and stored onboard all diesel vehicles in a special independent tank. This fluid is pumped into the exhaust system st a rate of 2 to 4 ounces to a gallon of ultra low sulfur diesel fluid (ULSD) consumed. In the exhaust, this fluid is converted into ammonia and reacts with the NOx to produce reduced emissions and water vapor.
